Return Policy

Within seven (7) days of receiving your artwork you may contact LoraArtworks by email or through our website to request a return for a refund or credit. For returns that are local, we will respond with the location and times available to return your artwork.

To return by mail, please repackage the artwork using the original packaging materials, taking care to tape and secure well. Artwork damaged when returning due to improper packaging may result in loss of a refund or credit.

We highly recommend adding enough insurance to cover the painting value and your shipping costs.

For a refund or credit, artwork must be received back to LoraArtworks no later than 14 consecutive days after the request for return.

When we receive your return, we will email a confirmation of your credit or refund. Refunds will be returned to the original source of payment, less the original shipping and handling cost.

Damaged in Shipping?

LoraArtworks insures all deliveries against shipping damage. If artwork arrives damaged contact us promptly by phone listed on shipping document, email and or through our website. Carriers require original packaging to be preserved as much as possible for their review. Please take pictures of damaged art and packaging as this will be very helpful to be covered under our shipping insurance. Do not ship back damaged artwork.
