“The Blue Vase” embodies sentiment for me. The vase takes me back to Italy, where my mother purchased it on a trip there. The lace table cloth below the vase, brings back memories of my mother’s hospitality that was so descriptive of her. The Tiger Lily’s the flowers that followed us each place I’ve lived as an adult.
